Morning — Digestion awakening & detox rituals
- Warm lemon, cayenne pepper, chia, hand-picked local salt mineralising water.
- Aloe vera and spirulina shots
- Herbal teas (mint, lemon verbena, ginger, turmeric). Magic Chai or Chaga tea
- Super smoothie or detox juice of the day.
Brunch buffet
- Coconut yogurt + homemade granola + seasonal berries + toasted coconut.
- Chia bowl (almond milk, mango or berries, toasted pumpkin & sunflower seeds).
- Scrambled eggs or shakshuka
- Tomato–cucumber–parsley salad + lemon–olive oil.
- Buckwheat bread + avocado spread
- Seasonal fruit platter + homemade nut milks.
Afternoon
- Herbal tea or functional mushroom infusion.
- Activated seed crackers + tahini–lemon dip
- Power balls (date–almond–cacao–seed).
Supper — Mediterranean infusion
- Homemade chaga kombucha for digestion.
- Starter: Mixed greens + sprouts + tahini dressing.
- Main: Herb-roasted local fish (rosemary, thyme, lemon, olive oil).
- Plant-forward alternative: herb-crusted tempeh or baked tofu.
- Sides: Grilled eggplant & peppers with roasted almonds + wild zira rice.
- Sweet: Lemon pie with homemade almond ice cream.
