ABOUT
The place where health and celebration finally agree.
I design nourishment systems and food experiences that restore vitality, connection, and a deeper relationship with life.
It started with my skin. Born in Lithuania, I lived with severe atopic dermatitis from infancy — allergies that traditional medicine never resolved. At eighteen I made a decision: I would experiment with food. I became vegetarian, then raw, then something I couldn't name. What I found along the way was that food wasn't just chemistry. It was relationship. With the body, with the land, with the people who grew things.
My first teachers were my grandparents. Every summer as a child I was in the fields with them — planting potatoes, picking weeds, harvesting carrots. I remember resenting it then. Now I understand it installed something in me that no course ever could: a deep respect for how much patience it takes to grow real food. From seed to table is not a concept. It is a practice.
I deepened my knowledge through two institutions that shaped how I think about food to this day — the Hippocrates Health Institute and the Health Science Academy. Both grounded me in the science of living foods, cellular nutrition, and the relationship between what we eat and how we heal. That foundation is present in everything I cook.

Thirteen years ago I cooked at my first retreat. A chef from Argentina gave me the confidence to trust myself in a professional kitchen. I learned to cook for groups — to scale without losing soul. And I started traveling. India, Guatemala, Egypt, Bali, Zanzibar, Philippines — collaborating with local farmers and kitchen teams, sourcing from markets at dawn, introducing seasonal produce where processed ingredients had been the default. I saw the same gap everywhere: extraordinary ingredients available in nature, completely absent from the plate.

What I do now is not separate from what I learned then. Every retreat, every private kitchen, every table I serve — the intention is the same. Not to impress. Not to restrict. To reconnect people with food that actually nourishes them — biologically, emotionally, and in the way it brings them back together around a table.

What people tell me after, consistently, is not just that they felt better. It's that they went home wanting to change how they shop, how they cook, how they eat with their families. They start looking for local markets. They create rituals at home. They think twice before buying processed food. That ripple effect — into homes and families and daily life — is what this work is really for.
Most detox experts know the science but never cook. Most chefs cook beautifully but ignore metabolic health. Most retreat cooks provide food but don't create transformation. What I do lives in the overlap of all three — where science, food, ritual, community, and lasting lifestyle change meet.

"The energy you brought to the retreat was pure magic. Your presence, your heart, your dedication, your extraordinary knowledge of food, your attention to every detail… it all created an atmosphere that went far beyond nourishment. You elevated the retreat experience for every single one of us. The guests absolutely adored you — not just your food (which was out of this world!) but YOU. They've told me they're heading home inspired to clean up their eating, reconnect with their bodies, and bring more presence into their meals — and your ripple effect will no doubt reach far into their homes and families. You've left a beautiful imprint."
